Strawberry ice cream is one of the easiest to make, but remember this ice cream is as good as the strawberries you are going to use. If the strawberries are not ripe it will have a sour tang in spite of all the sugar you add.
Clean and cut the strawberries in small dice. Place in a food processor. Add the orange juice and sugar.
Run the blade until the strawberries are reduced to a coarse paste.
Transfer the strawberry paste to the ice cream maker.
Add the whipping cream. Follow the ice cream machine instructions.
Transfer to a container and place in the freezer.
