NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.
To enter just register to receive the free Anna Maria’s Open Kitchen Newsletter by sending your e-mail address (and your name if you wish,) and by indicating on the subject line “enroll me”. You must be subscribed to the Anna Maria’s Open Kitchen Newsletter at the time your entry is selected to receive the prize.

Monthly Prize
At least one monthly Prize will be awarded, which is a brand new cookbook by prestigious food writers, such as Nick Malgieri, Lidia Bastianich, Marcella Hazan, etc. No cash redemption, assignment, transfer or substitution of a prize may be permitted. If prize is returned as undeliverable the entry will result in disqualification. A new drawing will be done and a new winner will be contacted.

The Odds of Winning
Odds of winning will vary in any drawing depending on the number of eligible entries received.

Eligibility
The Anna Maria’s Open Kitchen Free Cookbook Giveaway is offered only in the United States to legal residents who are at least 18 years old at time of entry.

Employees of annamariavolpi.com (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) or members of their households (whether or not related) are not eligible.

Winning
Monthly Winners will be selected in random drawing by annamariavolpi.com staff from all eligible entries who subscribe to Anna Maria’s Open Kitchen Newsletter online, during at least the preceding day. The draw will be held the 15th of every month. Winner will be announced the last Sunday of every month.

Winners will be notified by e-mail. If e-mail prize notification is returned as undeliverable the entry will result in disqualification. Winners must claim their prize and confirm their eligibility within 7 days. If the winner doesn’t answer in time the entry will result in disqualification. A new drawing will be done and a new winner will be contacted. Winner will have to provide name, address, and phone number for us to deliver the price.

After the prize is claimed and the winner is confirmed, the winner will be announced (name and state only) on the annamariavolpi.com web-site, on Anna Maria’s Open Kitchen newsletter, or through links from the Newsletter.

If the information you provide us while registering is not true or incomplete, or the email address you registered with us is not working, or you have asked to unsubscribe from the annamariavolpi.com newsletter, or violated other contest rules, you will not be eligible to win.

Persons attempting multiple entries, whether through sign-ups using multiple email addresses or otherwise, or who unsubscribe and then re-subscribe, will be disqualified.

Responsibility of the winner
Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ascertain his eligibility in compliance with laws and regulations, holding annamariavolpi.com harmless of any liability.

Each winner may be required, if deemed necessary at sole discretion of annamariavolpi.com, to execute and return within 10 days of notification one or more of the following documents: an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, Taxpayer ID number and a Publicity Release. Failure to return documents in a timely manner when requested will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited or in jurisdictions requiring registration.  

General Conditions
By entering the Giveaway you are authorizing annamariavolpi.com to publish your name and location if you are selected as a Winner; by accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to annamariavolpi.com the right to use and publish his or her name, portrait, picture, for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration or review globally on the World Wide Web.

Further, by accepting the prize the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Giveaway-related activity, or participation in this Giveaway.

Annamariavolpi.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be submitting multiple entries, providing any false or misleading or incomplete information, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or Website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in an inappropriate or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, disparage, harass, harm, or threaten or any other person or group. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users with the same e-mail account, the decision of the Sponsor is final.

Limitations of Liability
annamariavolpi.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with, the Web site or database. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of legal impediments, infection by computer viruses, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or extend the Giveaway and/or select the winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken.

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final.

Annamariavolpi.com, reserves the right, at its sole discretion, at any moment, to change the rules, or discontinue the giveaway.
