* Grill or barbeque a nice steak or tri-tip.
        * Arrange the arugula salad on a serving dish.
        * When the steak is ready, cut it in very thin slices in a angle.
        * Arrange the steak slices on the salad.
        * Season with salt and black pepper freshly grated from the mill.  * Top with some good extra-virgin olive oil. Optionally a squeeze of lemon.
