Arance al Marsala - Oranges Marinated in Marsala Wine
* Peel and slice the oranges (or wedge them)  eliminating the white peel.
* Add the raisins, sugar and marsala wine. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for about 2 hours.
* Just before serving spread the top with the sliced, toasted almonds.
* 4 oranges
* 1/2 cup (60 gr) Raisins
* 1/4 cup (50 gr) sugar
* 1 cup (230 cc) Marsala wine
* 1/2 cup (60 gr) sliced almond, lightly toasted
