Tartine di Ricotta e Fichi
Ricotta and Figs Canapés
8 slices baguette, lightly toasted
8 tablespoons ricotta cheese
4 dry figs, or fresh figs if available or 4 tablespoons fig jam

Spread the ricotta on the bread.
Slice the figs and place them on the bread slices.
Drizzle with honey.
