The temperature in the kitchen should be around 68–75 F (20–24 C) for the dough to rise properly.
Preheat oven to 500 F (260 C). Place the mushrooms in a bowl. Add parsley, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss all the ingredients together.
Spread the mushrooms over the pizza.
Spread on the mushrooms 2 tablespoon of the olive oil.
Top with the mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes approximately. Lift one side to check for readiness. Pizza is ready when the bottom surface is light brown.
