Get some pickles. Choose them to be as plain as possible: no mustard seeds, no dill, no garlic, no nothing

Slice them thinly

Arrange them on a dish

Add grated parmesan (the cheesier the better)

Olive oil

Salt and pepper


4-5 pickles

2-3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

1-2 tbsp EVOO (extra-virging olive oil)
